14/1300bc-8/700bc An urnfield found during gravel workings, of unknown size but including a number of bucket urns containing particles of calcined bone set in pits. The urns were plain with usually four bosses below the rim, or ornamented. There was some evidence for post holes which may have been markers.

From the north east part of the site a small bossed urn was found accompanied by a bronze disc ornament with a plain staple attachment at the back, but with no interment. The disc is c7cm in diameter and has the remains of binding or edging with an openwork design on the face of the disc and is formed from a bronze strip. It is Late Bronze Age in date by parallels elsewhere.
100bc-AD43 There was an isolated cremation in a haematite surfaced vessel, apparently La Tene II, set in what remained of its pit in the gravel.
