100bc-AD43 | A very small barrow surrounded by a square plan quarry ditch covered a scattered central deposit of calcined bones of an individual c30-35 and charcoal, in association with which were sherds of a jar of Belgic type. In the rapid silting of the ditch was a Romano-British rim sherd. |
