3500bc - 2500bc | A long barrow oriented NE, with a false horned entrance and the mound enclosed by a dry stone wall revetment. Beneath the entrance were found animal bones, sherds (not identified) and a human skull, and on the north west side a burial chamber was discovered containing a dolichocephalic skeleton in a 'sitting' posture. |
