2500bc-14/1300bc | A bowl barrow with a chalk, flint and earth mound covering a central cist c0.5m square and 0.25m deep filled with ashes and cremated bone. In the deposit was a highly finished stone battle axe. The fragments of a cinerary urn were interspersed throughout the mound from top to foot. |
