2500bc-14/1300bc A bowl barrow with a primary inhumation of an adult oriented E, in a grave cut in the chalk in the north of the barrow floor. It was set on its left side and the 6th, 7th and 8th vertebrae appear to have been disturbed. About 0.3m from the centre of the barrow was an infant inhumation resting on the barrow floor, at the edge of a pit containing no burial. A few human bones and fragments of a large (collared?) urn were a short distance away on the north side of the pit edge.

Near the barrow surface were the portions of the skull and jawbone (and other bones) of a child, laid under several thin sand stones.
