2500bc-14/1300bc | Barrow with a mound formed from alternate layers of local clay and soil. The central area was surrounded by a low drystone wall. Both primary and secondary burials were cremations. Finds were scanty, including a piece of amber (a possible pin head?), and a broken bead of Roman date from the disturbed area. Believed 'of Wessex date'. |
