2500bc-14/1300bc | An oblong cist, aligned N/S, c1m x 0.6m internally with no paving but four slab walls and a capstone. The inhumation was of a person with a markedly brachycephalic skull c19, probably crouched. There was no pottery or grave goods, but some wood ash. No evidence existed for a mound. A Beaker burial was assumed owing to the skull shape. |
