2500bc-14/1300bc | A stone cist of four slabs, and a cover slab, paved with thin overlapping slabs wedged between the uprights. The space enclosed was 0.9m x 0.6m x 0.6m deep. The cover slab rested on smaller corbel slabs supported by the uprights. A small quantity of burnt bone was found, with some larger pieces under one floor slab. An Abercromby C Beaker accompanied the burial. |
