14/1300bc-8/700bc | A bowl barrow with a cremation pit just south east of centre containing a single adult cremation, charcoal fragments of ash tree, and above these sherds (HAR-10059) from a bucket urn broken before interment. The pit appears to show that some of the cremated material was removed and redeposited after some other activity, since a pink to orange-brown silt mixed with grey silt separates the bottom layer of cremated material from the next but one, some parts of the cremated body being lost in the meantime.
