14/1300bc-8/700bc | A bowl barrow with a mound of humus and yellow-brown sand with worn flint pebbles. There was a central (?)primary cremation with burnt earth, unaccompanied, and about 1.2m north was the base and fragments of a globular urn, on the barrow floor, and set upright at 300. Barrow disturbance may have separated the contents of the cremation and the urn. |
