8/700bc-100bc A settlement site with in Early Iron Age [6th-4th Centuries BC] contexts an infant skull fragmented in Pit 5777, and in the enclosure ditch 5 unsexed adult bone fragments in Section 5A, 2 such in 5B, 2 such in 5C, 4 such in 5FF, 3 such in 5RR, 1 unsexed skull fragment in M, and an infant burial in Section M of the ditch. In Pit 2258 there were remains of two adults, in Section 5GG an unsexed adult, in 5J an unsexed adult, in Pit 5797 an unsexed adult, and in quarry pit 7741 an adult female very tightly crouched on the right side, head to E.

In Mid Iron Age [3rd-1st Centuries BC] contexts there were a variety of disposals, partial and complete, in varied contexts: 18 complete or fairly complete burials, and 25 records of loose human bone.

North west quarry cemetery:

Pit 8265, burial 508 in NW quarry cemetery, of a crouched adult female c20-25, oriented EW.
Pit 8184, burial 505 in the NW quarry, of an unsexed child c8-9, flexed on the right side, oriented N.
Pit 8294, burial 506 in the NW quarry, of an unsexed child c12 oriented NS, poorly preserved.
Pit 8184, burial 460 in the NW quarry, of an infant.
Pit 6280, burial 397 in the NW quarry, of an infant, extended on the left side, oriented N.
Burial 507 of an infant head to W (possibly related to the above).
Burial 457 in the NW quarry of an infant.
Burial 3555 of an infant in the NW quarry.

South cemetery inhumations in three closely spaced beehive pits:

Pit 8564, burial 500 of an adult male in the S cemetery, crouched on the right side, head to NW, and an infant burial 3563 in association possibly.
Pit 8630 lower fill, burial 574 in the S cemetery of an adult female, tightly crouched, probably head to SW.
Pit 8630, burials 470 and 531, of 2 infants in the upper fill of the last.
Pit 8594, burial 567 in the S cemetery of an infant.
Pit 8630, burials 3566 and 3566a, of an adult female and an adult unsexed.

Pit 4475, burial 174 of an adolescent male, flexed on the left side, head to NW with an associated shale bracelet on the left forearm and bronze thumb ring on the left hand.
Pit 4475, burial 3544-6 of an adolescent unsexed.

Pit 4006, burial 156 of an extended infant oriented EW, and adult unsexed bones 3576 in association(?).
