4.10 Mandres: Iron Age

There is a low density scatter of Iron Age pottery focused on Kato Koutraphas Mandres (TS07), with densities up to 3.0 sherds per 100m² (SU0349, SU0376). In comparison with Iron Age levels elsewhere in the survey area, this is enough to be of some significance, though it is not clear whether there was a settlement or some other focus of activity here.
