The interpretation of a cooking area is based on the location of a concentration of burnt animal bone associated with a sub-circular ashy deposit, to the north of which may be the stone footings of what appears to be a three-sided structure with its open side facing the fire.

This area and associated structure have not been included in the current reconstruction model given its highly interpretative nature.
