2500bc-14/1300bc | A stone cist internally measuring 0.5m x 0.43m x 0.75m set in a pit cut in the subsoil. Four slate slabs formed the sides, covered by a rounded slab, and 3 thin slabs formed the inner base. Brown soil fill with at the bottom mixed potsherds of Trevisker II type and cremated bone. The cremation was of one probable male c30 at least: not all bones were represented. |
