2500bc-14/1300bc | A small cairn containing a single burial disturbed in Romano-British times. However in the undisturbed loam were Beaker fragments: remains of an assumed inhumation. An ox metatarsus lay on the old surface beneath cairn stones to the west of the burial. There were some flint tools from the same surface. [Williams 5]. |
