2500bc-14/1300bc | Inhumation burial under a large mound on the lip of a hill. The burial was accompanied by a Wessex I type grooved dagger with 6 rivet holes bent at deposition, and a triple ring headed pin, both of Early Bronze Age date. The excavation was not scientific, but the finds, associations, and location are of interest. |
