2500bc-14/1300bc | A round barrow with an earth core and a crust of stones. Several ox bones were found in the mound material. There was a central primary cremation of a person c17 or less, burnt on the spot, with a bone pin probably burnt in the pyre. There was the secondary cremation of an adult (possibly female), surrounded by flagstones, 3.2m WNW of the centre. |
