2500bc-14/1300bc A cave in the base of a cliff north east of Burry Holms. There were the remains of 30 skeletons of wide physical type associated in a layer of grey clay with pottery. This made up a series of probably 11 bucket like or cylindrical urns, late developments of the Wessex biconical urn. There were miscellaneous objects of bone and flint which could be considered contemporary, but the deposits had been disturbed by the tides and storms, and there are no certain associations.
