2500bc-14/1300bc | A bowl barrow with a primary interment of a cremation in an upright urn standing on the barrow floor on which was a layer of wood ash, the urn being c1m from the centre of this. About 2.4m high in the barrow mound was the interment of a skeleton oriented EW in a wooden coffin of plank or tree trunk accompanied by a bronze dagger. |
