2500bc-14/1300bc A bowl barrow partially destroyed by the Haine Road, containing an ovoid pit at the centre, round bottomed and measuring c1.3m x 1.1m x 0.95m deep, with a cremation accompanied by a bronze awl, and a slotted incense cup of Longworth's Whinny Liggate type. Half of the pit fill was tightly packed flints at the north end, the other half dark brown densely packed soil. In this and just above the floor was a quantity of calcined bone and the incense cup containing the awl.
