Interpretation comments | Site under Bronze Age round barrow / cairn. Site was surrounded by ditch (not clear on relationship of this). Two earlier huts (B, Neolithic and ?C), one (A) later associated with mortuary ritual. Burial included cremated adult and child, covered with slab then burnt stones, post pipe. Domestic rubbish deposits and sequence suggests not temporary ritual structures. Two oval |
