Various options for future work have been discussed in section 4. Significant elements include advanced semantic search and inference possibilities, together with fine tuning the information extraction pipeline following analysis of the main evaluation results. This would allow further investigation of the possibilities for automatic rich semantic indexing of grey literature on a larger scale. The next stage of the STELLAR project work is to express the extracted data in a standard Linked Data format that will allow access by a variety of semantic tools and browsers. This would allow the exploration of how to integrate published archaeological data with related cultural heritage data also based on the CRM, for example classical art history (CLAROS) or digital library efforts compatible with the CRM (Babeu et al. 2007; Gradmann 2010). The further development of spatial and temporal querying and visualisation is another key area.
