Description: Not quite realistic depiction of a dog. Seated on haunches with legs parallel and pointing forward. Claws depicted by grooves. Quite chunky torsoe but small haunches. Rather thick neck (like a rottweiler) with mouth open and pointed face with blunt nose. Tail curled over rear and to the left. Slit eyes and grooves along snout. Wears a collar depicted by two parallel grooves with a line of small punched dots between. Pattern of punched dots in three parallel rows down shoulders with a single line extending over the top of the back. Genitalia show between rear legs. Fairly small crecent-shaped ears. Very interesting and unusual piece.
