Description | It has a linear, slightly curved body with 4 short legs. One of the legs has broken but all seem worn. At one end the body tapers towards a point and it is assumed this is the tail. At the opposite end there is a widening to give a globular shape, this is assumed to be the head. No details such as eyes or mouth are visible due to wear. Along the top of the body there are indications of decoration including incised horizontal lines but wear makes these hard to see (PAS database). |
