Description | Fair naturalistic rendering with long curved tail and prominent coxcomb. Lumage indicated by pecking added after casting. Eyes represented by large incised circles (Pitts p112) Dome shaped base indicated it was fixed to a stand or part of a larger composition (Drury and Wickenden) |
