Description bronze foot of a statuette, bearing underneath a large mortice and a small tenon together with traces of solder for fixing to a former pedestal. The foot had at some period been roughly hacked off the figure to which it had belonged. It is clad apparently in the stocking-foot of a trouser, and wears a shoe of somewhat unusual type (Wheeler)
