| Interpretation comments | Hillfort, use for metalworking in R period (c. 1st AD) (although earliest use could predate this type of activity). Cobbled area. Structures outside ramparts too, include external smelting hearth last fired c. 1st BC. Possible glass manufacture. Also sub- rectangular structures 2 and 3(?). |
