| Interpretation comments | Hilltop enclosure, c. 2nd to c. 4th finds. Two styli, significant for imports. Excavation by Aberystwyth and Glasgow (Arnold and Huggett). Earlier plans found to be inaccurate, entrance not after all in NW? Press report suggests timber buildings and c. 6th finds (O. Betts, Shropshire Star 15/10/97). Radiocarbon awaiting funding. |
