Description | Small, crude, rather stylised depiction. Rectangular body, no neck. The two forelegs and hindlegs are single posts with legs defined by a central groove. Simple head with beard, horns and tail. Hair depicted by coarse stab marks (Toynbee - shaggy coat). Over body, legs and head. Horns are crescentic, more like those on a cow than a goat. |
