Description | his mantle drapes the left side of his chest and is pulled up over his head in the manner of a Roman priest (cf figurines from Bruton, Somerset and Barham, Kent) or the god Saturn (Henig 251). Could be a religious piece or attachment to vessel or furniture (Henig 253) |
