These files were converted from Illustrator to shapefile format by the author. They are distributed with permission from the creators of the Illustrator versions. You are welcome to use and modify these files in any way you find useful, provided that you cite the appropriate references for the original diagrams (Barone 1976 and Pales and Garcia 1981) and the Illustrator templates (Yvinec et al. 2007), as well as this article.
