PathologyCribra orbitalia in both orbits; gross destruction and degeneration of inferior surface of TV12-SV1 with fusion of vertebral arches of LV1-2 and LV5-SV1 associated with collapsed bodies and pronounced anterior wedging, possibly healed tuberculosis; L and R MC2 show evidence of non-fusion at the proximal end of the shaft.
