PathologyUnhealed blade injury to occipital; fracture of one rib; bilateral medial bowing of 2nd to 4th metatarsal shafts, possibly due to habitually wearing tight footwear; disruption of lateral aspect superior surface of L patella; significant degenerative change of head of L 2nd metacarpal which may be secondary to an unidentified injury; spondylolysis of 5th lumbar vertebra; slight degenerative change to rib heads, hips and minority of vertebrae.
