PathologySevere degenerative change to cervical vertebrae; Schmorl's nodes of most thoracic and lumbar vertebrae; widespread minor degenerative change of appendicular skeleton and severe change with eburnation of both distal ulnae and lunates; healed fracture of rib and R clavicle which is significantly shortened; may be minor osteochondritis dessicans of R humeral trochlea.
