PathologyQuite severe, localised degenerative changes to lower lumbar spine in unusual, strong lipping on the anterior aspect of the superior margin, projecting down over the body; vertebrae are light and fragile; tuberosity of the L 5th metatarsal is missing, differential diagnoses include failure of union of tuberosity or ununited avulsion fracture; slight degenerative change of the knee.
