PathologyDistinct, generalised degenerative change of the appendicular skeleton, especially of the hand; healed mid-shaft fracture of R 3rd metacarpal and distal 1/3 of R radius with eburnation of distal radius/ulna joint and of all metacarpal heads; severe degenerative change of the spine; roughening of the gluteal ridge, lesser trocanter, iliac crest and linea aspera; Schmorl's nodes of thoracic vertebrae; bones feel light and fragile.
