PathologyFoot bones light and osteoporotic indicating advanced age; moderate degenerative change to cervical and thoracic spines; lipping of thoracic vertebrae, predominantly on the R side, with incipient fusion between 5th and 6th thoracic vertebrae; significant ossification into the cartilage of the 1st rib bilaterally; significant ossification into the cartilage of the 1st rib bilaterally; ossification of thyroid; moderate generalised degenerative change of the elbow and shoulder; Schmorl's nodes of some thoracic and lumbar vertebrae.

NotesDental suggests EMA, post cranial OA; cranial sutures well-fused and obliterating but dental attrition indicated YA; green stains on humerus
