The following list of the files are needed to recreate the project. These files were on the CD that accompanied the original dissertation. Further instructions on how to recreate the project have been provided.
The various models were created to run from, and store data in a directory called c:\00data, so a folder named 00Data must be created on your hard drive before you begin. Each of the following files should then be downloaded and then unzipped to your newly created 00Data folder.
