Five Type B establishments operated from a single room, with just a single example retaining a passageway through to a house (Type B.1: I.3.2; VII.3.13; VII.7.3; VIII.4.40-40a. Type B.1.H: I.21.4-5). Three of these properties register an area of just 17m² (I.3.2; I.21.4-5; VII.3.13), while that at VIII.4.40-40a was 35m². The average size of a Type B.1 property was 21m².
