Table 71: Complete list of invertebrate remains recorded from samples from 1994 excavation. Order and nomenclature follow Kloet and Hincks (1964-78) for insects. Where both secure and tentative identifications for a given taxon were recorded, only the former are listed here. Ecological codes used in calculating statistics are given (they are explained in Table 74) together with the number of samples in which each taxon was recorded. * = not used in calculating assemblage statistics. The remains were of adults unless otherwise stated. 'Sp.' indicates that record was probably an additional taxon, 'sp. indet.' that the material may have been of a taxon listed above it. Where several 'recognisable taxonomic units' within a taxon (e.g. 'Stenus sp. A' ... 'N') are given these are not equivalent between samples. See the full species lists (Table 68) for details.
